Transportation and Mobility Planning for New Town "Valle San Pedro" near Tijuana, Mexico for URBI Corporation The new town will hold 600,000 people and include a university, hospital, and other amenities. The project will reduce family transportation costs by being a transit efficient and walkable community with retail, jobs, public institutions and government offices all close to housing. A Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system is planned. Eugene Jud is a consultant to the developer together with Professor William Siembieda, Chair of Cal Poly City and Regional Planning Department in San Luis Obispo.
